Duties & Responsibilities

Overview of the AI Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to design, architect & build AI solutions that streamline internal processes as well as enable product innovations. You'll work alongside architects ,peer developers and product teams to apply AI/ML technologies to real-world business problems, helping us leverage our automation and data platforms to improve operational efficiency and client value.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Bangalore India office location.

Core Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern development frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, Python, or Spring Boot.
• Build reusable components, APIs, and services aligned with enterprise coding standards.
• Contribute to solution architecture, system integrations, and overall platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams and architects to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

AI & Automation

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing or new applications
• Assist in building lightweight AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts for internal use cases.
• Support model lifecycle tasks where required (basic training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Apply responsible AI principles ensuring data privacy, governance, and explainability.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand use cases, refine requirements, and ensure seamless delivery.
• Support internal stakeholders by automating processes and reducing manual effort through development + AI-driven enhancements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, release planning, and project execution aligned with enterprise objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Software Development (Full stack Engineering experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML or related field.
• 4+ years of strong software development experience in at least two of the following:
  • Angular
  • Node.js
  • ReactJS
  • Java / Spring Boot
  • Python
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and development best practices.

AI/ML Exposure

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML components (not necessarily as a primary role).
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or NLP tools.
• Exposure to GenAI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, or RAG.
• Experience with platforms like AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q, or similar cloud AI services.
• Eagerness to dive deep in AI world.

Additional Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, structured way.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full stack Engineering experience
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications.
• Limited Hands‑on experience experimenting with open-source LLMs (Hugging Face, Ollama), RAG pipelines, or MCPs.
• Exposure to automation or RPA tools as part of workflow optimization efforts.
