Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Technical Leadership

- Define and govern global infrastructure and platform strategy.

- Lead cross-functional global teams and mentor senior technical leaders.

- Influence C-level stakeholders and align technology with business goals.

- Drive automation, resilience, and compliance across all infrastructure domains.

Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering

- Oversee hybrid infrastructure architecture and modernization initiatives.

- Lead server and virtualization strategy (Windows Server, VMware, Linux).

- Manage cloud migration and optimization across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

- Implement cloud-native infrastructure and AI-driven automation.

Database & Observability

- Oversee database modernization and ensure high availability (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

- Establish robust observability frameworks using Splunk, Apigee, CI/CD, and Terraform.

- Drive integration strategies using IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, and other middleware platforms.

Enterprise IT & Corporate Systems

- Manage corporate IT support and global device lifecycle (O365, Intune/Jamf, Zoom/Teams Rooms).

- Own service pricing models, vendor management, and IT budgeting.

- Ensure seamless employee experience through modern IT service delivery.

Data, Reporting & AI Enablement

- Drive enterprise reporting and dashboarding using Power BI and AI/ML platforms.

- Enable data aggregation and insights for business and operational intelligence.

- Champion AI-enabled automation across infrastructure and IT operations.

Security, Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, FATCA, SOC2, and other regulatory frameworks.

- Implement secure infrastructure practices and governance models.

- Lead internal audits and readiness for external certifications.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

- Establish KPIs and SLAs for infrastructure and IT services.

- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

- 15+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure, and enterprise IT leadership.

- 5+ years in global strategic roles, preferably in fintech or cloud-native environments.

Technical Expertise

- Deep understanding of hybrid infrastructure architecture.

- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and data aggregation.

- Strong grasp of enterprise IT operations and service pricing models.

Leadership Skills

- Proven ability to lead global teams and drive automation, resilience, and compliance.

- Experience mentoring senior technical leaders and influencing executive stakeholders.
