Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration:

· Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

· Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 applications to meet business needs.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Microsoft Entra and Active Directory Management:

· Configure identity services to ensure secure operations.

· Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.

· Work with the InfoSec and compliance teams to monitor security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

· Integrate with other systems and automate tasks using PowerShell.

· Provide technical support and resolve issues.

Intune and Microsoft Defender:

· Administer and configure Intune for device management and policy enforcement.

· Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and threat management.

· Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Mac OS Management:

· Provide support for Mac OS users within the Microsoft 365 environment.

· Configure and manage Mac devices using Intune.

· Troubleshoot and resolve Mac-related issues in collaboration with the IT support team.

User Support and Training:

· Provide quality technical support services to end-users for Microsoft 365 and Mac-related issues.

· Conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features.

· Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

PowerShell Scripting:

· Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.

· Implement scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

· Ensure scripts are secure and comply with company policies.

Qualifications:

· 7-12 years experience.

· Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

· Experience with Mac OS management and support.

· Familiarity with Intune MDM or similar solutions.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Experience with other scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

· Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.

· Ability to adapt and pivot for new technologies.

· SSO Integration.

· Defender portal knowledge.

· AWS Workspace operational support.
