· Own incident communication with internal stakeholders and external clients (e.g., Ameriprise, Macquarie, Envestnet, Citi) during network events
· Coordinate with managed network providers (Aquablue, Lumen, Masergy/Cato) and carrier NOCs to resolve circuit-level issues
· Monitor network health using LogicMonitor and other tools; reduce alert noise and improve signal-to-noise ratio
Firewall, Routing & Switching
· Execute firewall changes on Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and FortiGate platforms, including ACL modifications, NAT rules, object-group configurations, and security policy updates
· Configure and troubleshoot BGP (eBGP/iBGP), OSPF, and static routing across multi-site data center and extranet switching fabrics

· Maintain Cisco Nexus (N9K) data center switching infrastructure and Cisco ISR/4400-series WAN routers
Client Connectivity & Extranet Management
· Manage a portfolio of 50+ client MPLS, VPN, and point-to-point circuits supporting financial services data exchange (SFTP, API, FIX)
· Coordinate circuit installations, failover testing, and bandwidth upgrades with Aquablue, Lumen, and client networking teams
· Maintain and update the client connectivity portfolio documentation, including NAT mappings, BGP configurations, and failover procedures
· Serve as a technical escalation point for Zendesk tickets routed to the Networking and FSM Client Connectivity queues
Change Management & Compliance
· Author and execute network change requests in Jira Change Management (CHM), including detailed maintenance plans, backout plans, and risk assessments
· Coordinate change approvals with VP Platform Solutions, CISO, and operations leadership
· Ensure all changes follow InvestCloud’s change management lifecycle: submission → risk assessment → approval → execution → validation → closure

· Manage hybrid connectivity between on-premises data centers and AWS/cloud environments
Office & Corporate Network
· Oversee regional office network infrastructure in Bangalore, including Meraki wireless, Cato SASE, and ISP management (TATA, Sify)
· Coordinate with Corporate Tech Support on office network issues, firmware upgrades, and vendor escalations (Meraki TAC)
· Support network operations for global offices (London, JFK, Singapore, Los Angeles, Toronto) as needed
Infrastructure Lifecycle & Refresh
· Participate in network hardware refresh programs, including Cisco Nexus switch upgrades, ASA firewall replacements, and Palo Alto migrations
· Track hardware end-of-life/end-of-support dates for network equipment and flag risk items
