• Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
• Several years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on digital assets, blockchain, or FinTech.
• Digital Assets Expertise: You have a deep understanding of tokenization, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and CBDCs. DLT is more than a buzzword – you know its potential and how to implement it in finance.
• Regulatory Know-how: You’re familiar with MiCA, MiFID II, BaFin, FINMA & Co. and understand how to apply them in practice.
• Architecture & Operating Models: You can design and optimize functional and technical models for digital assets.
• Strong Communication Skills: Whether in German or English, you excel in presentations, workshops, and client meetings, even on complex topics.
• Analytical & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You connect the dots, think ahead, and develop smart solutions – with a hands-on approach, even on-site with clients.
