• You are responsible for the technical management and maintenance coordination of our real estate portfolio in Italy.
• You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work performed by external service providers and ensure high-quality execution.
• You oversee renovation projects and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, real estate, interior design, facility management, building technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of real estate and hands-on craftsmanship skills.
• Extensive experience in property management as well as planning and monitoring construction/renovation measures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• You hold a valid Class B (car) driver’s license.
