Automation Developer

As an Automation Developer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving automated test frameworks and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance testing capabilities, optimize CI/CD processes, and ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate is an experienced automation engineer with a strong background in software testing. What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for sanity, e2e and regression testing.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define and implement automation strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, analyze, and document automation test results and defects.
• Continuously enhance testing coverage, efficiency, and reliability through automation best practices.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions - advantage.
• Strong understanding of MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases - advantage.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - advantage.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - advantage.
• Experience in Fintech – advantage.
